Backstory: He was stuffed by the pain of losing his wife and daughter. After that he turned cruel and no mercy. He was determined to take revenge no matter what he will cost.
Currently he’s living on purge planet with a fake identity. At dimension C-572, this planet has been taken over by the galactic federation and they transformed here into a scenery spot. The local people reject alien culture, and the town they live in still have old fashion and living habits.
The reason Rick comes here is he found that his enemy was living here. He wants to revenge the man who killed his wife and look for his daughter.
